讨论了两种新型纤维素纳米晶体(Cellulose nanocrystal,CNC)薄膜的制备方法:浸没法和旋涂法,并利用红外反射吸收光谱(Infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy,IRRAS)和原子力显微镜(Atomic force microscopy,AFM)对其进行表征。AFM高度图显示两种工艺制备的CNC薄膜均由棒状的CNC纳米颗粒交错叠加而成。实验结果显示,旋涂法制备的薄膜更加光滑,粗糙度RMS约为2.7 nm。由于带电颗粒间斥力的存在,浸没法制备的CNC膜厚度最大约为15 nm,而旋涂法可以得到更厚的CNC薄膜,其厚度可达50 nm以上。研究CNC悬浮液浓度与旋涂法CNC膜厚之间的关系后发现,可以通过改变CNC溶液的浓度对薄膜厚度进行控制。IRRAS结果也证实随着CNC悬浮液浓度的增加,旋涂薄膜的厚度随之增加。  相似文献

应用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法测定橙子油中柠檬烯的含量。柠檬烯的特征峰(1 645.1±1)cm-1为定量测量峰,测定样品在15min内完成。柠檬烯的体积分数在9.60%~76.8%范围内与测量峰峰高呈线性关系。以橙子油样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在99.7%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.1%。  相似文献

Three rationally designed axially chiral diarylethene switches were synthesized and their application as chiral dopants for phototunable cholesteric liquid crystal devices was investigated. Design of these molecules was based on the combination of photochromic dithienylcyclopentene core with bridged binaphthyl units as chiral precursors. Aromatic groups were introduced to the molecules at 6,6′‐positions of binaphthyls through a Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction. Their helical twisting powers (HTPs) are significantly higher than those of the known chiral diarylethenes reported as chiral dopants so far. Photocyclization of these molecules upon light irradiation brought out dramatic variation in HTPs between different states. The primary colors, red, green, and blue, were obtained in reflection on light irradiation and with thermal stability. Moreover, a multi‐switchable photodisplay was demonstrated using one of these chiral molecular switches.  相似文献

Inks and paper are the main materials and components of library and archive collections. Since the beginning of paper and ink production empirical recipes have been followed, but in the 19th century with the transformation of Europe during the Industrial Revolution, the continent became the main leader for the discovery of new products and new industrial production processes. The aim of this study is to shed light on paper and ink production processes during this key historical period. In this study we have chosen some documents preserved in the archive of the Soprintendenza dei Beni Architettonici e Paesaggistici (B.A.P.) di Venezia e Laguna, held in the Palazzo Ducale (Ducal Palace) of Venice. Attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FT-IR), and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) allowed us to obtain a qualitative and quantitative characterization of the organic and inorganic components in both paper and inks. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) were employed for statistical analysis of the results.  相似文献

We report a method for the quantitative analysis of human serum leptin, which is a protein hormone associated with obesity, using a nanoarray protein chip based on a single-molecule sandwich immunoassay. The nanoarray patterning of a biotin-probe with a spot diameter of 150 nm on a self-assembled monolayer functionalized by MPTMS on a glass substrate was successfully accomplished using atomic force microscopy (AFM)-based dip-pen nanolithography (DPN). Unlabeled leptin protein molecules in human serum were detected based on the sandwich fluorescence immunoassay by total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRFM). The linear regression equation for leptin in the range of 100 zM-400 aM was determined to be y = 456.35x + 80,382 (R = 0.9901). The accuracy and sensitivity of the chip assay were clinically validated by comparing the leptin level in adult serum obtained by this method with those measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) performed with the same leptin standards and serum samples. In contrast to conventional ELISA techniques, the proposed chip methodology exhibited the advantages of ultra-sensitivity, a smaller sample volume and faster analysis time.  相似文献

Riemann problems for the compressible Euler system in two space dimensions are complicated and difficult, but a viable alternative remains missing. The author lists merits of one-dimensional Riemann problems and compares them with those for the current two-dimensional Riemann problems, to illustrate their worthiness. Two-dimensional Riemann problems are approached via the methodology promoted by Andy Majda in the spirits of modern applied mathematics; that is, simplified model is built via asymptotic analysis, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. A simplified model called the pressure gradient system is derived from the full Euler system via an asymptotic process. State-of-the-art numerical methods in numerical simulations are used to discern smallscale structures of the solutions, e.g., semi-hyperbolic patches. Analytical methods are used to establish the validity of the structure revealed in the numerical simulation. The entire process, used in many of Majda's programs, is shown here for the two-dimensional Riemann problems for the compressible Euler systems of conservation laws  相似文献

From a limit model in electric field obtained by letting the frequency vanish in the time-harmonic Maxwell equations, we consider a limit perturbation model in the tangential boundary trace of the curl of the electric field for localizing numerically certain small electromagnetic inhomogeneities, in a three-dimensional bounded domain. We introduce here two localization procedures resulting from the combination of this limit perturbation model with each of the following inversion processes: the Current Projection method and an Inverse Fourier method. Each localization procedure uses, as data, a finite number of boundary measurements, and is employed in the single inhomogeneity case; only the one based on an Inverse Fourier method is required in the multiple inhomogeneities case. Our localization approach is numerically suitable for the context of inhomogeneities that are not purely electric. We compare the numerical results obtained from the two localization procedures in the single inhomogeneity configuration, and describe, in various settings of multiple inhomogeneities, the results provided by the procedure based on an Inverse Fourier method.  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain optimal error estimates in both L^2-norm and H(curl)-norm for the Nedelec edge finite element approximation of the time-harmonic Maxwell's equations on a general Lipschitz domain discretized on quasi-uniform meshes. One key to our proof is to transform the L^2 error estimates into the L^2 estimate of a discrete divergence-free function which belongs to the edge finite element spaces, and then use the approximation of the discrete divergence-free function by the continuous divergence-free function and a duality argument for the continuous divergence-free function. For Nedelec's second type elements, we present an optimal convergence estimate which improves the best results available in the literature.  相似文献

Many physical models have boundaries. When the Boltzmann equation is used to study a physical problem with boundary, there usually exists a layer of width of the order of the Knudsen number along the boundary. Hence, the research on the boundary layer problem is important both in mathematics and physics. Based on the previous work, in this paper, we consider the existence of boundary layer solution to the Boltzmann equation for hard sphere model with positive Mach number. The boundary condition is imposed on incoming particles of reverse reflection type, and the solution is assumed to approach to a global Maxwellian in the far field. Similar to the problem with Dirichlet boundary condition studied in [S. Ukai, T. Yang, S.H. Yu, Nonlinear boundary layers of the Boltzmann equation: I. Existence, Comm. Math. Phys. 3 (2003) 373-393], the existence of a solution is shown to depend on the Mach number of the far field Maxwellian. Moreover, there is an implicit solvability condition on the boundary data. According to the solvability condition, the co-dimension of the boundary data related to the number of the positive characteristic speeds is obtained.  相似文献
